19: Ownership of Materials
Any material we use on the website is our own such as images and videos.
20: Liability for Third Party Materials
If we use a material such as a third party image, or a video mistakenly, we are not liable for it. We remove that from our website straight away.
21: Non-Liability for Non-Existing Materials
If a third party claims a material such as an image or video and which is not existing on the website we are not liable for that.
22: Non-Liability for Mistakenly Used Materials
If a third party contacts us regarding an active or removed material such as video or image and they claim that it is used on the website, that must be by mistake, we are not liable to pay any fee for any active or removed mistakenly used material such as image or video. The charity (Lamar Foundation) is not for profit, therefore, by visiting our website you consent and accept all of our terms and conditions.
23: Non-Liability for Accidental or Unintentional Publication
Everyone who works with us is a volunteer and our team is not liable for any accidental or unintentional publication on the website.
24: Use of Donations
Our humanitarian activities are based on third party donations. These donors only donate money suitable for a particular humanitarian project so it can’t be used where else and we are legally responsible to not use those donations where else.
25: Seeking Support
As a registered charity we are looking for support from all legal businesses and rich individuals to support our humanitarian causes.
26: Accountability to Donors
We provide them the result of change in vulnerable people’s lives under our humanitarian support and the accountability where we used their donations.
27: Non-Liability for Removed Materials
Once we remove a material from our website or you don’t see it on https://lamarfoundation.org/ we are not liable for that.
28: Prohibited Actions
You must not:
– create a database by systematically downloading and storing Site content;
– use any manual or automatic device in any way to gather Site content or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site without our express prior written consent.
